Vaishali is currently the Lead Technical Recruiter at Dexian, a prominent staffing and workforce solutions provider formed through the merger of DISYS and Signature Consultants. Previously, they held positions as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at Pinnacle Technology, where they developed recruiting strategies for high-profile clients such as Lockheed Martin and the University of Chicago. Prior to this, Vaishali worked as a Recruiter at Compunnel Inc., supporting clients like Infosys and PepsiCo. Vaishali earned a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from IIMT University Meerut and is currently pursuing further education at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
