Kyle Pixton

Director, NA Customer Experience at DEXIS

Kyle Pixton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Kyle started their career at Northrop Grumman Space Technology as an intern, where they worked on testing hardware and developed scripts in Python and C++ for system validation. Kyle then moved on to Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, where they served as a Senior Electronic Design Engineer III. Their work involved designing test sets for satellite integration and end of the line testing, as well as developing wiring schematics and integrating test equipment with software engineers.

Later, Pixton joined DEXIS as an Electrical Sustaining Engineer, where they led the RoHS compliance initiative, redesigned membrane switches for manufacturability, and handled supplier inquiries and quality issues. Kyle then transitioned to the role of Sr Commodity Buyer, overseeing a multimillion-dollar direct material spend and driving financial savings projects. Kyle also served as a Project Manager, leading global projects for new product development.

In their most recent roles at DEXIS, Pixton has been a Product Manager, responsible for product strategy and development, and a Senior Manager and then Director of Customer Success and Clinical Programs, where they have been leading customer success initiatives and clinical programs.

Kyle Pixton earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University in 2007. Kyle then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Strategic Management at the Fox School of Business at Temple University, graduating in 2018. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Project Management from Temple University.
