Fred Bentley

Fred Bentley is the current CEO of DexKo. Prior to this, they were the President and CEO of Maxion Wheels from February 2012 to March 2015. Fred led the integration of HL into IOCHPE-MAXION S.A., a $3B global manufacturer, and grew international revenues from $680M to $1.6B. Fred changed the company from a N American focus to a truly global company by developing business and manufacturing capability in multiple attractive markets. Fred also planned and implemented Six Sigma and lean techniques, which increased productivity by over 6% for several years while significantly improving cash flow by improving working capital performance.

Fred Bentley's educational career includes completing an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School as well as earning a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
