Scott Everly

Scott Everly is the VP of Business Development and Strategy at DexKo. Scott has a long and successful history in the business world, starting with their work at Masco Cabinetry from January 2010 to December 2011, where they were the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Competitive Intelligence. In this role, they were responsible for competitive intelligence framework development, value chain analysis, competitive benchmarking, market assessment and analytics.

From January 2008 to December 2015, Scott served on the Board of Directors for the Association for Corporate Growth. In this role, they were responsible for member support and governance for the organization.

Scott's most recent previous position was at Masco Corporation, where they served as the Director of Corporate Development from January 2011 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, bolt-ons, strategy, corporate finance, global and domestic transaction experience including Asia, Europe and Latin America, portfolio strategy and M&A planning. Scott also managed the corporate development team responsible for enterprise wide M&A strategy and execution. During their time at Masco Corporation, Scott successfully executed a $1+ billion spin-off of Masco division, TopBuild Corp.(BLD). In total, they have completed over 25 transactions.

Scott's extensive experience in business makes him a valuable asset to DexKo. Scott's skills in strategic planning, M&A execution and corporate development are sure to help DexKo continue to grow and succeed in the marketplace.

Scott Everly received their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in finance and strategy. Scott also holds a BSBA from Georgetown University in finance.

They are on a team with Harald Hiller - President & CEO of AL-KO Vehicle Technology, Ed Meador - COO, and Adam Dexter - President and CEO of Dexter. Their manager is Fred Bentley, CEO.
