Levi Porter

Levi Porter is an experienced professional in ultrasonic inspection and engineering, currently serving as an Ultrasonic In-Line Inspection Principal Design Specialist at Dexon Technology since February 2019. Porter possesses extensive knowledge in ultrasonic physics, acquisition, mechanics, firmware/software, and data analysis, contributing to intelligent pigging operations. Previously, Porter held the position of Ultrasonic Specialist Research and Development Project Manager at SpaceX from March 2017 to June 2018 and served as an API Ultrasonic Inspector at IRISNDT from February 2013 to April 2017, where responsibilities included ultrasonic inspection of oil and gas piping and vessels utilizing rope access techniques. Education includes an Associate of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Delgado Community College and additional studies at the University of New Orleans.
