Andrei Danescu has a diverse background in the fields of robotics, automotive engineering, and motorsports. Andrei co-founded Dexory (formerly known as BotsAndUs), a company focused on revolutionizing the logistics industry with a digital twin platform. As the CEO, they oversee the development of fully autonomous robots that automate warehouse operations. Prior to Dexory, Andrei worked as a Senior State Estimation and Control Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover from 2014 to 2016. Andrei also served as a Control Systems Trackside Engineer at Sahara Force India Formula One Team from 2013 to 2014, where they were responsible for real-time data analysis and fault investigation. Andrei's earlier experience includes being a Systems and Development Engineer at Lanan Racing in 2012, where they worked on various race cars and utilized data logging and analysis tools.

Andrei Danescu began their education in 2007 at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, where they studied Electronics and Communication Systems. Andrei then transferred to Coventry University in 2009 and completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Robotic Systems and Control Engineering in 2011. Following this, Andrei pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Motorsport Engineering and Research Staff at Cranfield University from 2011 to 2012.
