Amber K. is currently serving as the Director of Growth Strategy at Dext, where they focus on new business and growth strategies for Direct SMB customers. Previously, they held the position of Strategy & Performance Senior Business Partner at Tradeshift, leading expansion efforts and strategic opportunity identification. At BlackRock, they assisted banks in evaluating portfolios to define and achieve Net Zero targets. Amber's early consulting experience includes a role with bp, evaluating future forecourt strategies, and positions at EY-Parthenon, where they led projects in financial services corporate strategy. They earned a Master of Science in Management from Imperial College Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Geography from UCL.
