Anna M.

Anna M. currently serves as a Principal Product Designer for Small Business at Dext, starting in November 2023. Previously, Anna held various roles at Xero from October 2018 to April 2023, including Product Design Manager, where responsibilities involved leading teams, fostering a strong design culture, coaching designers, and driving strategic initiatives. Notably, Anna implemented South Africa's first tax eFiling solution and modernized Xero's US 1099 tax product. Earlier experience includes positions at 100 Shapes as an Interaction Designer, Critical Mass as a UX Design Intern, and other roles at House of Fraser and Fits.me. Anna holds a BA in Human Geography from King's College London and has completed additional studies in User Experience Design and Interaction Design.
