Damien H.

Damien H. is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and project management across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Dext since January 2022, Damien is actively involved in innovative projects that address accountants' needs. Prior experiences include a Senior Software Engineer role at NoviCap, where Damien focused on cash flow management solutions, and a self-employed position as a Backend Developer and Project Manager, concentrating on data management and distributed systems. As Co-Founder and CTO at AYUDO from 2011 to 2019, Damien led architectural development and customer success, managing teams in both European and African deployments. Earlier roles include social media strategy at DHW and consulting on web marketing and reputation management at Comptoirs du multimedia, as well as overseeing communications for the Basle 2 program at SG CIB. Damien holds a Master’s in Large Project Management from HEC Paris and a Master of Science in Computer Science from EPF Engineering School.
