Fatima Kassir

Fatima Kassir is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and administration. Currently serving as a Senior People Operations Specialist at Dext since May 2022, Fatima previously held the role of Human Resources Coordinator at Lydia.ai from May 2021 to April 2022. Earlier in the career, Fatima worked as an HR/Admin Consultant at Mind Institute Qatar and spent over a decade at Little Academy Nursery, where roles included Branch Manager and Lead Teacher. Fatima's teaching experience also includes a position as a Teacher at Oxford Learning Centres Inc. Academic qualifications include a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sidon University, complemented by a Diploma in Pre-School Education from Lebanese American University.
