Jatinder M.

Jatinder M. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They started their career at NHS England as an Assistant Primary Care Accountant, where they provided financial advice and management accounting services. They then moved to Allerford Financial Services as a Finance/Business Analyst, focused on communication, customer service, and bookkeeping. After that, Jatinder joined Alvarez & Marsal as a Management Consultant, specializing in forensic investigations and financial fraud analysis.

In 2012, Jatinder had two roles concurrently. They worked at Google as an EMEA Operations Manager, responsible for managing a field team and streamlining processes. They also held the position of Project Manager at Oceanview Properties, where they focused on real estate development and investments.

Later on, Jatinder took on a role at Dext, starting as the Head of Operations and subsequently being promoted to Director of Operations and Product. In their role, they were accountable for supply chain management, capacity planning, customer service, and streamlining processes.

Currently, Jatinder holds the position of VP Operations and Product at Dext, demonstrating their progression and expertise in operations and product management.

Jatinder M. obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Investments from the University of Nottingham and Nottingham University Business School in the years 2009-2010. Prior to that, they completed a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Westminster between 2005 and 2009. In addition, Jatinder obtained additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma, including Black Belt and Yellow and Green Belt, from The Knowledge Academy in 2016.
