Simon W. has extensive work experience in product management and finance. Simon is currently the Director of Product Management at Dext, where they lead feature-focused teams and shapes the vision and strategy for products. Prior to Dext, Simon was the Chief Product Officer at Xavier Analytics and held senior roles at FD Works and PwC. At PwC, they worked as a Manager in the cost and commercial team and as a Senior Associate in the Capital Project Services and Real Estate departments. Simon's experience includes performing open book reviews, analyzing valuation assumptions, and providing recommendations for best practices.

Simon W. attended the University of Southampton from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained an MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Sustainable Energy. In 2014, they also obtained a certification as a Chartered Accountant from the ICAEW.
