Stephen Gerrard

Stephen Gerrard has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Stephen is currently serving as an Audit Committee Member (Non-Exec) at The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Dext as the VP of Finance starting from July 2021. In 2007, they joined Which? as the Group Chief Financial Officer, a position they held until September 2019, after which they became the Group Financial Controller until November 2018. Before joining Which?, they worked at Airwave as the Head of Financial Planning, Reporting & Control from November 2001 to February 2007. Stephen also gained experience at News UK, where they served as a Company Accountant (TSL Education) from November 2000 to November 2001 and as a Management Accountant (TSL Education) from December 1998 to November 2000. Stephen started their career at Brebners as an Audit Senior in September 1994 and left in December 1998.

Stephen Gerrard attended the University of Hull from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Systems. In addition to their degree, they also received the ACA certification from the ICAEW in 1994.
