Tracy Jawhar

Tracy Jawhar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tracy currently holds the position of Vice President of Growth at Dext, a role they started in March 2023. Prior to this, Tracy served as an Angel Investor at Cann starting in December 2018. Tracy spent a significant portion of their career at Bain & Company, where they held the position of Associate Partner from September 2016 to December 2022. During their time at Bain & Company, Tracy led cross-functional teams and focused on customer strategy, digital transformation, marketing, and innovation. Tracy also had a role as a Commercial Manager at FRWD@Bain from March 2020 to March 2021. Tracy's earlier work experience includes positions such as Business Development Associate at Tory Burch in 2015, Consultant at Bain & Company from September 2010 to February 2014, Sales Project Manager at Acumen and Juhudi Kilimo in 2012, and Software Engineer Intern at PRIMA Industrie S.p.a. in 2008.

Tracy Jawhar pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Harvard Business School from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the American University of Beirut from 2006 to 2009.
