Yordan Ivanov

Yordan Ivanov has a strong background in data engineering and software development. Yordan is currently the Head of Data Engineering at Dext since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the DataOps Lead and Senior Data Engineer at the same company. Yordan started their career as a Web Developer at 42 soft ltd from November 2010 to August 2011. Before that, Yordan worked as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at StreamingVideoProvider for six years, where they significantly improved service uptime and communication through the implementation of agile methodologies. Yordan also gained experience in maintaining infrastructure, working with APIs, and designing and implementing architectural solutions.

Yordan Ivanov holds a Master's Degree in Computer Software Technology/Technician from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski" in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics from the same university in 2011. In addition, they have received certifications in Hands On Essentials - Data Applications, Hands On Essentials - Data Sharing, and Hands On Essentials - Data Warehouse from Snowflake, all obtained in 2021.
