Avinash Verma

Avinash Verma is the current head of supply chain operations and quality at Dexterity. Avinash has over 20 years of experience in engineering and supply chain management. Prior to their current position, they were the center of excellence leader for supply chain NPI at Bloom Energy. In this role, they co-led the development of Bloom 5.0, the 5th generation Bloom system. Avinash also focused on developing best practices and processes for new suppliers and technologies for the next generation Bloom system.

Before joining Bloom Energy, Avinash worked at Valeo Engine Cooling for 10 years, where they were an engineering expert. In this role, they worked with the entire Valeo supply chain for current and new technologies. Avinash was selected by the CEO and management team at Valeo to develop a supply chain strategy for the company based on the product roadmap of Valeo + all the manufacturing sites worldwide. As a team, they standardized the products, the supply chain components and technologies for the entire company + initiated co-development projects for new products and technologies with the supply chain of Valeo.

Avinash Verma has a MTech in Metallurgy from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, an MBA in International Business and Finance from Butler University's Lacy School of Business, an MS in Mechanical and Metallurgy from the University of Cincinnati, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Surat.

Avinash Verma reports to Samir Menon, Founder & CEO. They work with Cliff Kalinowski - Head of Service Operations, Jason Barton - VP, Partnerships & Global Channels, and Tim Ryan - Head of Systems Engineering.
