Head of Systems Engineering at Dexterity

Tim Ryan is the current head of systems engineering at Dexterity. Tim has held this position for 2 years and 3 months. Prior to this, they were the VP platform engineering and co-founder of Cyber Atomics, a SaaS data analytics platform built upon proprietary advances in multi-dimensional algebra and machine learning. Tim was also the director of systems engineering at DFE Group, where they developed a family of DFE products culminating in a 4-channel Remote Radio Head SoC; a single chip solution containing all the digital functions and network interfaces for an entire Remote Radio Head. Tim has also held positions as the Sr. director of systems engineering at NetLogic Microsystems, the VP of systems engineering and co-founder of Optichron, the senior manager of integrated access devices at Centillium Communications, and the principal systems engineer and co-founder of Avio Digital. Tim began their career as a member of the research staff and senior systems engineer at Interval Research, where they worked for 4 years and 6 months.

Tim Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University in Computer Systems Engineering, which they completed in 1992. Tim also has an MBA from UC Berkeley, which they received in 2009.
