Subhash Sharma

Subhash Sharma is an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Since August 2013, Subhash has served as the Corporate Pastry Chef for Outland Camps Canada under Dexterra Group Inc. Prior to this role, Subhash held positions at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts as Chef Bakery from October 2002 to August 2013, and at Al Bustan Palace InterContinental Muscat as Head Baker from 1998 to 2001, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, hiring, training, and collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu changes. Subhash also contributed as Head Baker at Hyatt Regency from 1991 to 1998. Educational qualifications include a Higher Secondary degree in Economics from D A V High School Gwalior Fort (1979-1982) and culinary training from Food Craft Institute IHM Bhopal, India.
