Terry Maik

Terry Maik is a seasoned strategic sales executive currently serving as the Director of Business Development for Western Canada at Dexterra Group, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Terry was the Vice President of Business Development at Sara Consulting from 2009 to 2017, where they focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth. Terry also served as the Director of Business Development for Compass Canada in the Prairies - Senior Health sector from 2018 to 2023, and held various roles in sales management at Diageo, Kraft Foods Group, and Western Concord Manufacturing throughout their career. Terry began their professional journey as an International Project Manager at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, specializing in training and development initiatives for the oil and gas sector.
