Rafael Sato has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rafael began their career as a Sales Intern at Embraco, where they gained experience in sales analysis and customer support. Rafael then moved on to Stone Pagamentos, where they held roles such as Commercial Consultant and Leader of the Sales team, demonstrating their skills in sales management and strategic planning. Rafael also worked at GESTO as an Inside Sales Coordinator and Sales and Marketing Specialist, contributing to the company's growth by creating new business opportunities and improving operational processes. Rafael later joined Gympass as a Business Development Coordinator, where they played a key role in promoting physical activity and engaging employees through the company's platform. Rafael then transitioned to various roles in different companies, including Product Owner at Dasa, Commercial Consultant at WeCancer, Coordinator of Business Development at Conexa Saúde, and Head of Sales and Marketing at Laceh. Most recently, they joined Inventa as an Inside Sales Manager, focusing on empowering entrepreneurs and connecting fantastic brands with small retailers. Currently, Rafael is the Head of Growth at Dextra, where they continue to utilize their expertise in sales and marketing to drive business growth.
Rafael Sato completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2012 to 2017, they attended the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management. In 2018, they pursued an Associate's degree in Data Science at Udacity Brasil. Subsequently, from 2019 to 2021, Rafael enrolled in the USP - Universidade de São Paulo and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategic Management. In addition to their formal education, in May 2020, Rafael obtained certification in "Product Masterclass: How to build digital products" from the Product School.
