Binayak is a Founding Partner of Dextra, responsible for co-managing the firm and leading investments. He serves on Dextra’s Investment Committee and Management Committee.
Before co-founding Dextra in 2022, Binayak was a Managing Principal of GoldPoint Partners. He spent over 10 years helping build GoldPoint into a leading multi-strategy middle market private equity manager with a global investor base representing $16 billion of assets under management at the time of his departure in 2021. At GoldPoint, Binayak was a member of the Investment Committee and Management Committee.
Before GoldPoint, Binayak was an Analyst in Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking Division and Private Fund Group.
Binayak has a B.A. in Economics and Latin American Studies from Brown University.
