Cathy Allotta

Cathy Allotta is an experienced valuation professional currently serving as Valuation Manager at Dexus since October 2023. Prior to this, Cathy held multiple positions at Colliers International from May 2015, including Associate Director Industrial in Valuation and Advisory and Senior Valuer, where responsibilities included producing a wide range of valuation and consultancy reports for financial reporting and asset evaluations primarily in the Western Sydney and Metropolitan markets. Cathy's valuation expertise is underscored by successful collaborations with major financial institutions such as Westpac and HSBC. Earlier experience includes a role as Trainee Valuer at Valuecorp and a long tenure as Sales and Marketing Coordinator at South West Hydraulic and Pneumatic Services, enhancing Cathy’s leadership and communication skills. Cathy holds a Master of Commerce in Property Investment and Development from the University of Western Sydney.
