David Kearney

David Kearney has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. David currently works at Dexus as the State Lead of the Project Delivery Group starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ANZ as the Group Property Retail Program Delivery Manager from 2018 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for the delivery and realization of the Physical Business Network Strategy. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Property Manager at ALDI Stores Australia from 2016 to 2018. David also held various roles at Built., including Project Manager, Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager, and Contract Administrator/Quantity Surveyor from 2011 to 2017. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Contracts Manager at Euro Excavations Pty Ltd New York in 2008 and as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd from 2007 to 2008.

David Kearney attended Ulster University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in DIS Quantity Surveying, with a focus on Construction Management. David then pursued further education at Ulster University from 2009 to 2010 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Construction and Project Management.
