David Lin

David Lin is an experienced Investment Director currently with Dexus since August 2023, following the acquisition of AMP Capital's real estate and domestic infrastructure equity business. Responsibilities at Dexus include deal origination and execution across key infrastructure sub-sectors and managing portfolios of institutional separately managed accounts. Prior to this role, David Lin served as Investment Director for Infrastructure at AMP Capital from February 2011 to August 2023, contributing to the firm's substantial A$188 billion in funds under management with a focus on private capital investments in infrastructure assets. David Lin holds a Bachelor of Economics in Financial Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and International Business from the University of New South Wales.
