Li Qiu

Li (Katie) Qiu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fund analysis and finance, currently serving as a Senior Fund Analyst for the Dexus Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund and has held roles such as Senior Finance Analyst and Retail Analyst at Dexus since March 2023. Prior to this, Li worked at AMP Capital from February 2022 to March 2023, first as a Retail Analyst and then as an Investor Accounting and Finance Graduate, gaining experience across multiple rotations in the Real Estate - Retail Finance Team. Li's foundational experience includes a role as a Legal Graduate at AMP and a progression through various positions in accounting and consulting, starting as an Assistant Accountant at McBurneys Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors. Academic credentials include a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, alongside dual Bachelor’s degrees in Laws and Commerce from UNSW. Li also participated in a summer school program in China focused on International Business and Economic Law.
