Natalie Tan

Natalie Tan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in institutional capital management and investor relations. Currently serving as the Head of Institutional Capital at Dexus since July 2021, Natalie is responsible for developing and executing the capital strategy for Dexus Funds Management, managing global institutional relationships, and marketing new products. Prior to this role, Natalie held several positions at Lendlease from March 2010 to April 2021, including Head of Institutional Capital Development and Head of Investor Relations, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining investor relationships and overseeing equity raisings. Natalie's career began as a Senior Accountant at PwC and Babcock & Brown. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW, a Masters of Applied Finance from the Financial Services Institute of Australia, and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
