Roger Clarke

Roger Clarke is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law and a strong background in multi-disciplinary professional services. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Dexus since January 2019, Roger previously held the position of Director at PwC Australia from February 2015 to January 2019, where involvement in legal challenges and opportunities in a consulting environment was emphasized. Prior to that, Roger was a Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons, advising diverse clients on complex real estate transactions, and served as Partner at Semple Fraser LLP, focusing on UK commercial real estate. Earlier roles included significant contributions at Travers Smith and Pinsent Masons, where foundational experiences in real estate transactions were acquired.
