Stuart Carr

Stuart Carr is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in investment strategy, origination, and development. Currently serving as Head of Investment Strategy and Origination at Dexus since June 2018, Stuart leads the strategic expansion of the company’s non-core real estate business, focusing on high-growth living sectors and overseeing corporate M&A and structured real estate deals. Previously, Stuart held the position of Head of Transactions and Origination at Dexus, where there was executive responsibility for the deployment of the $2.5B Dexus Real Estate Partnership fund. Prior to Dexus, Stuart worked at Lendlease as Head of Residential Development Delivery for the £2.3B Elephant Park project in London and gained diverse experience in real estate development and investment through various roles across Sydney and London. Stuart holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Urban Design from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master's in Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney.
