Wayne Hall

Wayne Hall has a diverse work experience in the property management and investment field. Wayne started their career in 2005 as a Property Manager at CBS Property and then moved on to become an Investment Manager at CBS Property Group in 2007. In 2008, they joined Knight Frank as a Senior Property Manager. Wayne then joined Dexus in 2009 and held various roles including General Manager - Western Corridor, Regional General Manager, General Manager Property - Listed Portfolio, Regional Investment Manager, and Head of Office & Industrial - Asset and Property Management. Currently, they serve as the Head of Office Portfolio at Dexus, a position they assumed in October 2020.

Wayne Hall attended Diocesan College (Bishops) from 1996 to 1999, but did not receive a degree. Wayne then studied at the University of Cape Town from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services.
