Patrick Rouse

Patrick Rouse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate development and management. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Deyaar Development PJSC since December 2024, Rouse also contributes as a member of the Board of Trustees at Dubai English Speaking College since August 2023. Prior to these roles, Rouse was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Development & Projects Officer at LITE Development & Consulting from September 2021 to December 2024 and served as Development Director at Emaar from October 2017 to September 2021. Additionally, Rouse held the position of Director of Development at Dubai Holding from February 2017 to October 2017. Rouse's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from University College Dublin and a Master's Degree in Real Estate Investment & Finance from Heriot-Watt University.
