Patrick Lam is the Founder & Creative Director of Sim-Plex Design Studio. Patrick is currently working as a Judge of Dezeen Award 2021 at Dezeen. In addition to their roles in these companies, Patrick also serves as a part-time Lecturer at Hong Kong Design Institute and Hong Kong College of Technology. Prior to founding Sim-Plex Design Studio, Patrick worked as a Senior Architect at 呂元祥建築師事務所 and as an Architectural Designer at EDGE Design Institute Ltd. Patrick holds a Master of Arts in Fine Arts, a Master of Architecture, and a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Patrick is a Registered Architect (HK), a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, and holds certifications such as BEAM Pro and LEED AP (BD+C).
