Tushar Agarwal currently serves on the Business Team at Dezerv since September 2023. Previously, Tushar held significant roles at 360 ONE Wealth from April 2016 to August 2023, progressing from Associate Principal to Principal. Responsibilities included identifying and acquiring high net worth clients, advising on financial portfolios, implementing investment strategies tailored to client objectives, and managing diverse investment portfolios. Tushar also facilitated various wealth advisory solutions, including tax optimization and credit solutions. Prior experience includes a summer internship at Barclays, focusing on regulatory compliance and the impact of lending guidelines, as well as engineering internships at Macawber Beekay Private Limited and Escorts Construction Equipment Ltd. Tushar holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a BTech in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology.
