Born out of a desire to make our work in fashion more meaningful, we left the world of corporate buying to forge partnerships with independent retailers and boutiques — where we started our career, and where we knew our expertise could create genuine impact.
Deziem provides independent specialty retailers with corporate-level buying, planning, and merchandising services — the same strategic infrastructure typically reserved for major department stores and luxury e-tailers. Our team brings firsthand experience from some of the most respected names in retail: Saks, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Net-a-Porter — and we've taken everything we learned there and put it to work for the boutiques that deserve it most.
We partner with 20+ stores nationwide across the full commercial cycle: open-to-buy planning, market buying in NYC, Paris, and Milan, assortment strategy, and in-season performance analytics.
