Alan Ralph

Alan Ralph is currently the Deputy Consul General at the Consulate General of Ireland in Shanghai, where they serve as Deputy Director of the Consular Directorate. They previously held positions as a diplomat at the Embassy of Ireland in Saudi Arabia and as an International Conference Organiser for Front Line Defenders. Alan's experience further includes roles at The American Ireland Fund, EIL Intercultural Learning, and the European Commission, as well as a traineeship focused on international cooperation and development. In 2013, Alan earned an LL.M. in European Master in Law & Economics from the University of Hamburg with First Class Honours.
