Ciaran Doyle is currently the Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Lead at Ireland's Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York. They have held various roles within Ireland's Department of Foreign Affairs, including Private Secretary to the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs, and Assistant Director of British-Irish Relations. Ciaran also completed fellowships at Northwestern University and worked as a Legal Research Assistant in 2014-2015. They earned a Master of Philosophy in International Relations and Politics from the University of Cambridge and multiple degrees from Trinity College, Dublin.
