Francesca Drumm

Francesca Drumm is a Policy Officer at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ireland, currently serving at the Permanent Representation of Ireland to the OECD and UNESCO in Paris since August 2022. Francesca has extensive experience in international policy and diplomacy, demonstrated through previous roles as a Policy Advisor at the Permanent Mission of Ireland to the United Nations in New York, where involvement included critical topics such as peacekeeping and security.
