Joseph Killilea

Joseph Killilea is currently the Deputy Director of Passport Reform at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Ireland. Joseph previously held various roles within the Government of Ireland's National Shared Services Office, including Executive Officer, and worked at the Department of Public Expenditure & Reform as a Higher Executive Officer and Assistant Principal Officer. They earned an MSc in Strategic Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the Institute of Public Administration. Joseph has also gained experience as a Clerical Associate at Ulster Bank and a Call Center Representative for the Local Government Management Agency.
