Irish Foreign Ministry
Mark Graydon currently serves as Deputy Consul General at the Consulate General of Ireland in Shanghai, having joined the Department of Foreign Affairs, Ireland in August 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held positions as a Human Rights Advocate at Civil Rights Defenders and as a Political Section Trainee with the European External Action Service in North Macedonia. Legal experience includes an internship at the International Criminal Court. Mark holds a Master of Laws in Public International Law from Leiden University, as well as a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Economics from the University of Galway.
