Stephen O'Shea

Stephen O'Shea is an experienced press and public diplomacy professional currently serving as a Press and Public Diplomacy Counsellor at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Ireland, a position held since August 2023. O'Shea previously held the role of Deputy CEO at European Movement Ireland from October 2020 to August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Media Relations at AIB, Special Adviser/Spokesperson for the Tánaiste at the Department of Justice and Equality, and Head of Media and Communications for Fine Gael.
