Suzanne Keatinge

Suzanne Keatinge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international cooperation and development. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of International Cooperation and Deputy Head of Development Cooperation at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Ireland since October 2021, Suzanne previously held key leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer at Dóchasnetwork from February 2016 to September 2021 and Head of Programmes at Plan International Ireland from March 2015 to February 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Manager for Asia and the Middle East at Trocaire and as a Reports Officer at UNICEF, where responsibilities included report writing, donor liaison, and budgeting for large humanitarian responses. Suzanne has also worked as a Political Affairs Officer at the United Nations Political Office for Somalia. Academically, Suzanne holds an MA in History from the University of Cambridge and an MA in Africa Studies (Political Economy) from SOAS University of London.
