Dr. Holger Blask

Dr. Holger Blask currently serves as the Chairman of the Management Board at DFB Medien GmbH & Co. KG since January 2024. In addition, Dr. Blask has held the position of Managing Director Marketing and Sales at DFB since August 2020. Previous roles include Director of Audiovisual Rights and member of the Executive Board at DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga from June 2014 to August 2020, Director of Public Affairs & International Relations at DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga GmbH from September 2012 to June 2014, and legal adviser/Senior Legal Counsel at the same organization from October 2006 to September 2012. Dr. Blask's academic credentials include a Doctorate in Competition Law from the University of Cologne (2004) and an LL.M. from UNSW (2006), with an earlier degree from the University of Cologne (2000).
