Consolate Alako is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a Human Capital Business Partner at dfcu Bank since December 2021. Prior to this role, Consolate held the position of Ag. HR Operations Manager at Bank of Africa - Uganda from June 2021 to May 2022. Consolate’s career in human resources began at Bank of Africa - Groupe Bank of Africa, where the role of Human Resources Officer was undertaken.
