Transitioning to Anhfarm Company Limited as HR Lead, Anh successfully developed a leadership team and recruited vital business partners. In the role of Office Manager cum HR at Wecash Technology Vietnam, Anh significantly improved onboarding and retention rates while optimizing recruitment and training costs. Currently, as Operations cum HR Manager at DFDL, Anh is responsible for developing HR systems, training processes, and performance review implementation.
