Chris Robinson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in M&A, private equity, capital markets, and corporate advisory. Since 2013, Chris has served as a Partner at DFDL, specializing in these areas along with restructuring, labor, investigations, and foreign direct investment in Cambodia. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Special Counsel at Frasers Law Company from 2010 to 2013, focusing on similar sectors in Vietnam. Between 2003 and 2008, Chris acted as General Counsel for McMillan Shakespeare Limited, overseeing all legal and compliance matters for the ASX-listed financial services group in Australia.
