Raksa Chan

Raksa Chan is a Senior Consultant at DFDL, a position held since December 2020. Previously, Raksa served as an Enterprise Advisor/Assessor at the International Labour Organization- Better Factories Cambodia from December 2016 to September 2019 and worked as a Legal Officer at the Arbitration Council Foundation between August 2014 and December 2016. Academic credentials include an LLM in Labour Law and Corporate Governance from the University of Bristol (2019-2020), a Master’s Degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Transnational Law and Business University (2012-2014), and dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and International Relations from the Royal University of Law and Economics and the University of Cambodia, respectively (2008-2012).
