Vinay Ahuja

Vinay Ahuja is a partner at DFDL, where, since February 2011, Vinay has served as the Managing Director for Indonesia and Singapore and leads the regional Banking & Finance Practice. With extensive experience advising multinational clients on complex transactions, Vinay specializes in energy, infrastructure, mining, IT, telecommunications, transport, logistics, and agriculture, and serves as the primary contact for fintech and blockchain-related matters. Vinay has held various roles at DFDL, including Senior Regional Counsel and Head of the India Desk. Prior to DFDL, Vinay was associated with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices and Titus & Co., focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Vinay holds an LL.B (Hons) from Symbiosis International University, where Vinay was a gold medalist, and has experience in legal counsel for power projects in Southeast Asia.
