Anders Refsgaard has extensive experience in the maritime and ferry industries, having held multiple leadership roles at DFDS and Scandlines. At DFDS, roles included Area Manager, General Director (CEO) of DFDS LISCO in Lithuania, and Vice President overseeing Business Unit Baltic, where significant achievements included organizational restructuring, strategic growth during crises, and acquisitions. Presently, as Vice President & Head of Global Ferry Commercial, responsibilities encompass global passenger sales and marketing, freight sales, and business development. Prior experiences at Scandlines involved managing the company's tonnage and leading various M&A projects, demonstrating a strong commercial acumen and adaptability within the sector.
