Benjamin Keightley has extensive experience in account management and operational roles, currently serving as a Key Account Manager at DFDS since July 2004, with previous positions including Scandinavian Customer Account & Service Manager and Customer Operational Service Co-ordinator. Prior to this, Benjamin worked as an Automotive Depot Manager at Ford Drive UK from May 2002 to July 2004, where responsibilities included managing a satellite depot and liaising with vessel operators for vehicle importation. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Lincoln.
