Chara Rapti

Chara Rapti is a Digital Product Owner at DFDS since November 2018, responsible for managing the My Freight digital self-service tool for B2B customers. Key responsibilities include defining the product vision and roadmap, designing and tracking OKRs and KPIs, prioritizing the product backlog, conducting business analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders. Prior to this role, Chara served as an IT Analyst in Nordea's graduate program, focusing on data services and stakeholder communication. Additional experience includes a research assistant position at Copenhagen Business School, consulting at PwC in the energy sector, and working as an accounting assistant and private tutor. Chara holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Information Systems from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business.
