Dave Lewis has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Head of Food, Beverage and Hotel Functions at DFDS since October 2017. Prior to this role, Dave held the position of Category Manager at P&O Ferries from July 2014 to October 2017 and served as NPD Manager at Atlantic Foods and Compass Group from October 2010 to March 2010. Dave obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food & Nutrition from Liverpool John Moores University between 2001 and 2004.
